We have a Prime Infra 3.1 in our environment for WLCs. We want to use this for wireless infra monitoring. Relevant alarms severity level & status were modified and we configured PI to send email notification. What we notice that PI keep on sending multiple emails for single alarm until it is resolved. Is there a way to tell Prime just to send one email notification and stop?
