Hello All,
I deal with Cisco Prime Infrastructure on daily basis for monitoring .. I have a question in mind that I hope someone would be able to help me with.
Now, I'm using Cisco Prime Infrastructure 1.3 (1.3.0.20) .. I got tons of alarms on it which we are working on resolving .. But, is it possible to force the prime to report these alarms to an external database like MSSQL, MySQL or Oracle DB?
This would really help me in troubleshooting even more without losing time going to the monitoring tools one by one every now and then.
Best Regards,
Islam M. Nadim.

Hello Saurav Lodth,
Thank you for your response, can I make the CPI send the alerts and the clearing of them to an application? Not just an email?
Best Regards,

Not directly.
With PI 2.0, you can query the application from a 3rd party tool of your own developement via the REST API. You'd have to go over to the developer network for additional info on that.
