Application – Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.4.1 – the appliance is displaying incorrect client information, client counts, client statistics, etc since 22/4/2019.

The problem started on the morning of 22/4/2019 – no changes have been made, the department was closed due to Easter Monday and nobody was working that day. No recent changes have been made or scheduled.. Some of the system jobs (Client Statistics, Radio Performance) are running in excess of 10 minutes in duration when they would usually run only for a few seconds. We have rebooted the appliance twice, but it hasn't resolved the issue.
