Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.5

Hi; Community

i installed Cisco PI 3.5 and configured SNMP to all my devices and joined all devices to cisco prime

i configure Netflow-V9 to a catalyst 3650 but i can't view it in data sources under Cisco Prime 3.5

please i need some help in this issue

yes i do have a all requirement

 yes, its not a problem in Cisco PI. we just found a problem in our firewall blocking traffic from the switch to ou Cisco PI
