Hello ,

I am currently deploying the Cisco Prime Infrastructure (VM) in a customer's LAN network , the questions I have are the following :

1. Can i use multiple partitions for the deployment ? i.e , two partitions .

2. After deploying the prime , if needed can i upgrade the storage space of the main partition ?will that effect / corrupt may databae ?

3. Also can i add an extra partition later on ?

Any information will be usefull , thank you

Cisco Prime Infrastructure (and LMS) is generally not supported when changing the database or other file locations from those specified in the installation script (e.g., under $nmshome$) built into the ova distribution files.

It's likewise when running LMS as a Windows VM.

With Prime Infrastructure 1.2 and up in a VM environment, you are now able to add extra space to the pool. It however must be added as a new disk.
