Cisco Prime infrastructure mail setting configuration issue

Hi all,

after I configured the global mail setting on my cisco prime infrastructure (I set the ip of primery SMTP then sender and reciever parameters) then I press on test button to send a test mail but it not send ??

note that:

I made sure all services are running using (ncs status) command

the test mail is send correctly.

now I tried to generate a report and configured it to send a pdf file to the same e-mail,

the report is generated but not send to the mail??

how can I solve this ??
