Cisco Prime Infrastructure Unable to collect configuration and runtime status of stacked switch Error in Inventory
In Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2 I have several switches in different locations that give a partial collection failure with the following error:
Unable to collect configuration and runtime status of stacked switch.
Monitoring of Physical Inventory details
Unexpected error. See the log file inventory.log for details.
Any idea what could be causing this issue? My credentials appear ok, but the Prime does not seem to be able to get a full collection including they do not get the current configuration for the archive. The models I am seeing include 3750's, 2960C's and 3560 switches. (The strange thing is the error references stacked switches but some of these aren't even stack capable).
