I have a Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.7 VM and after a reboot Prime no longer captures wireless client data in monitoring tools. And the WLC is working and capturing the wireless clients and in Prime Maps the wireless clients are captured there so any help would be great thank you in advance.

 - Check Prime's status (after the reboot) with : ncs status   (command available through ssh)

All services are running and I did a re-sync with the WLC nothing changed. But I issued a dir command and found CRASH DETECT LOG on the date we rebooted.

worth open a TAC case to investigate for you with the crash  Logs
