Cisco Prime Infrastrucutre Internet Connection Timeout

Our Prime Infrastructure 3.4 GUI keeps telling me that our network connection is timing out when trying to login to a Cisco account for things like Image Recommendation or Smart Licensing. I've tried both profiling and un-profiling PI in our ISE environment, as well as testing auth open where our PI is located however Prime still cannot connect to the internet. Any recommendations on how to get Prime to reach the internet would be greatly appreciated. TYIA.

 

Error recieved following network test:

Connection to Mail server (): Failed

Connection to CISCO support server (https://wsgx.cisco.com/sasi/ws/rest/cmgt/searchsr): Failed

Connection to Forum server (https://xesps.cloudapps.cisco.com/esps/search/v1/query.json/searchService/v2/search): Failed

 - Presumably you have a firewall : 1) Make sure it doen't block Prime's Internet-tasks 2) Check it's logs when these tests are being done on the Prime server. What does the firewall report ?
