Hi,

we have ordered following BOM...

i dont understand why it is required Cisco Prime Infrastructure & LMS 4.2 also...

what is diffence between them...or same..??

You'd get a lot more views for this question on the Network Management forum.

In any case, PI 1.2 (2.0 is the curent version) is the product Cisco is positioning for wireless (successor to WCS and NCS) and wired (successor to LMS) infrastructure management. However it hasn't yet reached feature parity with LMS so they are including licenses for customers to continue to use both if they so desire. The products are mutually exclusive and must be run on separate servers.
