Cisco Prime transfering IOS to router issues

Hi,

I am facing this issues with Cisco Prime if using the prime to distribute the IOS software to model C1900, it will sometimes generate this issues device flash not have a flash card while it is clearly have a flash card installed. There is some C1900 router working fine with no issues but some still have issues. The Prime version is 3.1.0.0.132 build which is quite new.

Is there any Cisco document How SCP server worked with Prime and Cisco router and switches. I found this link below for the SCP configuration guide. But the Customer need well documented for the Cisco SCP.

 - Verify correct operation of the flash card , using (when in enable mode) ; the command 'dir'; also configure syslogging on  the device and or when the prime operation has been tried, aferwards issue the commnand 'show logging'  on the switch (also in enable mode); check for any errors.

Could not find any error on the router, there "dir" show 133mb flash space still to go.

               - If all is supposed to be compatible then it becomes a case for TAC.
