Dear Team,

What would be the reason for the cisco prime 2.1 NMS server stopped working often.Every time the we are using NCS start to revert back the services.

what would be cause of this..

Device details:

Prime :2.1

hardware box installed in the Network.

Is it possible to do port channeling on the switch end which is connected to prime.

Hi TD,

what is the protocol you are using fro PI backup ? I mean " ftp ,sftp etc ?

also check if you find any file under \opt\CSCOlumos\crash   for more details..
