Cisco router stuck in rommon-1 mode

Hi, my IR829 is stuck in rommon-1 mode due to the error message

ERROR: autoboot image not valid, autoboot suspended

Listing dir doesn't show anything:

rommon-1> dir

flash:

bootstrap:

I have started a TFTP server on my laptop but I'm unable to connect with the router because the GE1/GE2/GE3/GE4 ports are disabled (i.e. no green lights) even though i have plugged in my ethernet cable to one of the ports.. I assume I will be able to transfer my image file only after i'm able to get it on the same network correct.

Please suggest the best way to move forward. Thanks in advance.

download section, lower end devices boot file can be contained in the image and upgraded when new image is applied , i dont see a separate boot download section

Team, I managed to ship the image using usb but it looks like there's a problem with the hypervisor image i'm currently using ir800-hv.srp.SPA.0.31 .. Any idea where I can download a new image to boot from?
