Cisco Works ANI server

Hi,

According to the Process status, ANI server is started, BUT when you click to analyze ANI server, we get the following error:

AniWrapper>>analyze(SYSTEM) Server Named: ANIServer4.2-alfcwXXX on port: 14004

Nothing has been done on that server.

When i try to modify the SNMP settings, I get the following error:

"The ANI Server is not responding. Verify that the ANI Server is up and running".

Please help, as I dont want to rebuild the server.

Stop the daemon manager: net stop crmdmgtd

Remove existing servlets cd to the CiscoWorks directory cd

lib\jrun\jsm-cw2000\services\jse\servlets Delete everything in here (dirs and files)

Restart the daemon manager net start crmdmgtd

Go to the control pannel of the client workstation that you are using, and open the java plug-in,

select the cache tab and click on "clear JAR cache".
