I have problems with cisco works, i can perform the device discovery in order to add new devices that are in a new network. when the discovery finish, ciscoworks find 15 devices (i'm able to see them in the summary) but when i try to make a report, the new devices does not appear and i can not see them in the inventory dashboard.
Following are the steps to enable debugging :
1.Go to the screen Common Services >> Device and Credentials >>
DeviceDiscovery >> Discovery Logging Configuration.
2.Move all the modules from the Disabled Modules column to Enabled Modules
column in the dual column selector
3.Click the Apply button
4.Run the discovery and wait till the discovery to complete
