Cisco Works Network Topology Map - Can't Launch Telnet

Hi,

When I go to the Network Topology Map and right click on anything and click Telnet, I get the following error:

Cannot Launch Telnet

netscape.javascript.JSException

Also, if I click on CiscoView or Device Center, it simply does nothing. If I go to the main window to CiscoView and then input the IP address, it does work.

Any help would be appreciated..

Delete all *.java and *.class files from cw2000-install-dir\lib\jrun\jsm-cw2000\services\servlets and close all browsers and reconnect and try if this works.
