Hello guys,
I have a Cisco Works in version 4.0.1 running on a Windows 2008 64Bits Standard version and some days ago the gui is not showing the devices when i try to click on "All Devices List" and other threes, the data on summary does not anymore too.
We did the restart of the server, restart of the services but we didin't have success.
Could you help me?
Thank you!

Hi ,
RDP to the windows LMS server
open the command prompt and type > pdshow
In the mean time try to restatrt the LMS services once and check the issue::
run the below command on the server command prompt
to stop the services
net stop crmdmgtd
To start the services
net start crmdmgtd
Thanks-

Actually, after the restart of the services using the "net start and stop" commands, the devices appeared again!
I had restarted the server before, but didn't have any effect.
Just more one question, i configured the backup daily, and i did one backup "immediately" to see if everything is okay with the backup jobs, this backup was complete sucessfully and generate a folder named "0".
Where can i found the backup of the configurations inside this folder? Like a show running of one specific switch if i need...is it possible? Ow i can get this backup onli via inventory/config archive?
Thank you!
