Hi Mohamed,

check the below link , hope it will help:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/ciscoworks_qos_policy_manager/3.1/user/guide/KKtrbl.html#wp1030325

One step that should be done after cleaning up the disk space is to restart
the services. This should solve the problem. The error message should go away
after a services restart, provided you have enough disk space which you
have selected during installation.

For example , If you have chosen to have 40% free disk space for
monitoring during install , the 40% of the disk space should be available
after the cleanup.

Thanks-

Afroz

Hi AFROJ,

thanks for your kindly support.

I read it and I donot know how to do some steps:

1- locate the qpm.cfg file under mdc\qpm\config >>>> from where I found this file.

2- how can I do the "cleaning up the disk space"

I appreciate you.

Hi AFROJ,

any update please?

look under :

NMSROOT\CSCOpx\mdc\qpm\config

NMSROOT is the directory where this softeare is installe  like c:\program files

I have not much worked on Qpm .. But look for logs or some files which is of no used and delete them.

checkif you have any files like  JAVA_PID. HPROF files  under  NMSROOT\CSCOpx  and NMSROOT\CSCOpx\mdc\tomcat  , if there are any such files ..just delete them.

Thanks-

Afroz
