Cisco Works RME problem....HELP!

When adding devices to RME, I usually do not have a problem but there are three switches that are having issues. After I add them to inventory, I check the device attributes. For these switches, I get "not supported" under Telnet and Local User. The SNMP communities check out just fine. It appears that it is happening to just the 2950's.

Any ideas?

Please check that you have the current RME IDU for your CW2K version.

Did you maybe accidently change the snmp-server engineID value by copy the config of an other device?
