Do we need to have web management files installed on the switch to get ciscoview work in a future Ciscowork installation?

If you plan to configure the switch using CiscoView, then yes.

Thanks, I think that the web management files were just used when we access the swicth by a browser. Tought Ciscoworks used SNMP for everything, include ciscoview

CiscoView will be able to monitor the switches via SNMP. Yet, CiscoView will use the web interface to configure the switches.
