Ciscoworks DFM interface polling

Is there any reason why Ciscoworks would be able to obtain circuit utilization on some router interfaces and not all?

I have a serial interface that occasionally experience high utilization and when I go to DFM under DDV>click the interface>it the current utlilization % is -

This is an dial-on-demand interface.  DFM doesn't do utilization tracking for those interfaces.  If you want to change this, go to DFM > Configuration > Polling and Thresholds > Managing Thresholds.  Edit the thresholds for Dial-On-Demand interfaces, and enable the generic interface settings.  Then apply your changes and you should be able to get the utilization.
