From the server, open a command prompt and type: pdshow > c:\pdshow.txt. Attach it here please.

pdshow file is attached

Seems it did not get attached.

Is there a log or some other source to determine why it didn't start. I tried rebooting the server already.

Without knowing where the problem is, we cannot begin to understand what logs to check.  First step is to look which processes are down (if any) and check corresponding logs.  Hence, we need the pdshow.

Sorry.

Looks like a number of processes didn't start. Reboot didn't help.

OK, so here is the problem:

    Process= RMEDbEngine

    State  = Never started

Please check this document and make sure you are complying with steps 1 and 2.  If you have to change any services, then restarting after setting them correctly should fix this.

Restarting the server took care of the problem.    net stop/start crmdmgtd wasn't enough
