CiscoWorks LMS 4.0.1 login issue.

Hello.

We are using CiscoWorks LMS 4.0.1 with TACACS login module enabled.

We have an issue with an account, and only this account. I can successfully login with any other account, newly created also.

I have deleted and created it without success.

Any ideas?

Is the account created and confirmed working on the TACACS server? It needs to be in both places to work with LMS. TACACS does the authentication (confirms user identity via credentials) and LMS does the authorization (role - what the user can do).

Yes, account is working.

When I try to login into LMS, TACACS server registers a passed authentication but my IE session stops running.

From the same PC I can login successuflly with any other account.

Same issue is I configure CiscoWorks to use the local login module.
