I installed ciscoworks lms and added devices.
But now, I can not to add or remove devices.

Dmirty, try to do a
net stop crmdmgtd
net start crmdmgtd
This normally resolves the issue for me
Did you restart the daemon manager for a device package update?
I have see this a number of times
