CiscoWorks problem with 2 NICs

My current CiscoWorks server (LMS 2.6) has 2 NICs - one for ALL CiscoWorks communications an the second one is for backup.  It appears that CiscoWorks is also sending out traffic on the backup NIC.  Is there a way to tell CiscoWorks to use only the first NIC (Primary NIC)?
