On our CiscoWorks server the 'ticker window' in the bottom left hand corner of the browser continues to display 'February 2003 CiscoWorks TickerWindows'. Is there anyway to update this or is that still the latest 'version'?
If you have a proxy set up, then you may be running into CSCea62163:
ticker window does not work with proxy
The fix was integrated into LMS 2.5 (Common Services 3.0)
