Clock Time is not correct on CPI

I am working on a scenario, where I have Cisco Prime Infrastructure and Cisco 4507 Switch as NTP master.

But when there is any alarm, the time is different on it as compare to the time on Cisco 4507. What could be the issue? Any suggestions.

Regards,

NA

What does "show ntp" tell you from the PI CLI?

For example:

epnm-01/admin# show ntp
NTP Server 1 : 10.21.11.238

synchronised to NTP server (10.21.11.238) at stratum 3
   time correct to within 130 ms
   polling server every 1024 s

     remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset jitter
==============================================================================
*10.21.11.238    173.38.201.67    2 u 1019 1024  377    0.276    0.510   0.291

On Cisco PI, I am getting GMT Timezone while on Cisco Switch Timezone is UTC.

I checked in Server Settings, NTP address is correct. But time is not synchronized.
