CNR 6.2 interoperability with CNR 5.5

Our internal network currently has a Primary and a Secondary DNS server running CNR 5.5 - We are wanting to upgrade the servers to run CNR 6.2 -however we want to upgrade one server at a time. Can you confirm if the (upgraded) primary server running CNR 6.2 will be interoperable with the existing secondary server running CNR 5.5.

Please note that this will be implemented only for two weeks until the secondary server is upgraded to run CNR 6.2 also.

Any advice or best practices that you can provide is much appreciated.

You should upgrade 5.5.x -> 6.0.5.4 -> 6.1.4.2 -> 6.2.3.1 (Don't skip intermediate 6.X versions or you may see issues...). Once you're there, you should see no problem with one at 5.5 and other at 6.2 for normal operations. Of course, new features like HA/DNS can't be used until both sides are at 6.2. Hope this helps.
