Config archive job does not end and configs are not archived in LMS 3.1

I am in the process of installing LMS 3.1 and testing out functionality. After importing devices from LMS 2.6 to LMS 3.1, I ran config archive job and job never completes. I found several threads that state it may be related to CSCsx69504 and CSCsv95235. How do I access these patches as they do not appear to be on the download web site for LMS 3.1 (RME)

I doubt CSCsx69504 is related. That bug is only for security context devices, and does not lock up ConfigMgmtServer. The patch for CSCsv95235 is available by contacting the TAC.
