config change

Hi All

I apologize in advance if this has been asked before.

I want to know if there is way to change the hostnames on my cisco devices without changing config on eacah device, saving and then deploying using ciscoworks. The bleow is what i want ..as an example the hostnames prior to change are

cisci_name1

cisco_name2

cisco_name3

I want the hostnames changed to

name1_cisco

name2_cisco

name3_cisco

Can someone tell me the best way to do this with ciscoworks.

you may use netconfig from configuration management to modify the hostname. check out the following link for more information :
