Config Fetch not working

I can not get RME 4.0 to fetch the config after receiving a syslog message indicating a config change. The config fetch automated event is an included event and enabled by default. Initially the default syslog message filters were not allowing the meesages to get to the analyzer. I added a message filter that permits all. Now I see the config change messages in the syslog reports but they still do not trigger a config fetch.

Any else having this issue?

Are you seeing any error messages. Did you check on the device credentials. Sometimes if the device credentials are incorrect the config fetch will fail. Was this working previously?
