Configure Cisco 9300 with wireless access points

So i got these new core switches, an upgrade from our existing 3560 core switch. I'm planning to set it up as usual core switch; vlans, custom routing, route internet traffic to router. just like that. But i found out that WLC is included in C9300, which means i don't need to buy a standalone WLC(ex. cisco 2504).

My question is that, how do i configure this? is it like a simple command for example enable wlc?  And what cisco AP does it support? What I imagine is that, you plugin those APs to c9300, C9300 discovers it, access c9300 WLC via web GUI and configure it there.

From what I was told, the embedded WLC is supported from 16.11.1 (and later).
