could not see layer 2 !

Hi,

I have install ciscoworks2000 4th in windows adv 2000,

the system environment : sp4、ie6、jre1.3.1

change the setting <Microsoft VM、 odbc、web font>

when install finished ,set the snmp commity (*.*.*.*:123456::::::654321)、and set the seeds ,

but I can't see the layer 2 view !

Did your ANI server discover any devices?

Go to Server Configuration -> Diagnostics -> Discovery Metrics. You should get a table containing a Total Devices column. When you click on the number displayed, you should get a detailed list of all devices discovered.

If the list is empty, your ANI server has some trouble.

Otherwise, the Campus Manager is not able to display L2 view for some reason...
