CPI 2.1 and UTU version 2.0

Hello Support,

The customer wants to upgrade to CPI 2.1. But the customer is still using UTU version 2.0(User Tracking Utility v2.0) linked to the Campus Manager 5.2.2. 

Is it possible to still use the UTU version 2 in CPI 2.1?

Hi ,

You are combining 2 product together ,

One is LMS

One is Prime Infrastructure

Unfortunately, User tracking & other features like topology are not yet  integrated with Prime Infrastructure (PI). The Business Unit is working  on implementing these features for future releases of PI.

UTU  is used in  LMS  which has one of the component name as Campus Manager.

No, it's not.

UTU queries the LMS database. That is a completely different schema than Prime infrastructure and the two are not interchangeable.

There's not a lightweight utility like UTU in PI but the search box within PI's browser interface does allow you to do quick lookups like UTU did.
