CPI 2.2 to 3.x license query

Hi Specialist

We have a customer currently using CPI version 2.2 in their infrastructure. Currently have 700 licenses purchased and installed on CPI 2.2

Customer have a requirement for 500 more licenses to be purchased. And have also planned to upgrade the CPI to version 3.x

Q
1. Will we be able to move these existing licenses from Version 2.2 to version 3.x? if so, how?

2. do we have to pay more for licenses to use on 3.x version

Yes you can convert without adding cost your PI 2.2 licenses into PI 3.0 or 3.1 by asking licensing@cisco.com
