change the local cabling on the interface , crcs and inputs together means layer 1 issue

1st change cabling and then reseat card if still an issue and retest

Bonjour Et merci Mark,

Hi

have you tried reseating the card if the cables already swapped or is there a spare serial slot you can temporarily connect to, to rule out the card hardware , sometimes they can go but I would expect to see a lot more errors if it was broken

yes, I already reinstall the card. and I change all the cables.

Is there a free serial port preferably not on the same module that you can move the circuit over to, to see if the issue persists ?

If it the issue is still there after moving the circuit, then the problem could be on the ISP mux , if it does not follow then the module could be faulty since you have already changed the cables so many times

If you have changed the card then the issue is on the ISP as you have changed the card and the cables and input/crc errors are layer 1 physical errors and still been seen

As well these are input errors coming into your device , your not sending them out so if your far end is clean and the inputs only seen on 1 side then it can only be something like cabling/card or mux

The problem with ISP tests sometimes there not that thorough and sometimes they only test from MUX-MUX the equipment they own , sometimes they do not test what is known as the last mile from customer to ISP i would calrify that with them

Post the config anyway il take a look and are the errors constantly incrementing

interface Serial0/0/0:0
description interco vivaction 1024K via interface G703
 bandwidth 1024
 ip address 172.16.0.18 255.255.255.252
 no ip redirects
 no ip unreachables
 no ip proxy-arp
 encapsulation ppp
 no cdp enable
 max-reserved-bandwidth 90
!
interface BRI0/1/0
 no ip address
 encapsulation hdlc
 shutdown
!

That config looks standard nothing there that would contribute to input errors or crcs.

The no ip unreachable will cause you trouble when testing though as it can block icmp and cause drops in traceroutes but that would not have any effect on what your issue is
