CUOM issue

Dear All

We have a CUOM running in live environment and are facing multiple issues but the more severe of these issues is ..

1.CUOM stops sending alerts and notifications and once this happens we have to reboot the system and it starts working fine the cumulated alerts and notifactions are pushed. What causes this issue and does anyone know its resolution? What services can i restart so that i wont have to restart the server?

2. I am unable to add ip phones in CUOM.

You may need to use some other software to keep an eye on the server:

Memory

CPU

processes

When you have the issue, run a pdshow -brief on the server and post the result

You should add the phones to the CCM   :-)
