One time passwords can be used for things like Netconfig and Config Editor deployment jobs in RME. When configurign the job, you will come to the job schedule screen. One of the options on the screen will be to enable Job Based Passwords. Enable them, then enter your one time values. The job will then use those credentials.
As for DCR, you will essentially leave the username and passwords field empty.
