DCRServer Fails to Load Properly on LMS4.0.1

We are running an instance of LMS4.0.1 on a Windows 2008 Server installation that is managing circa 2k devices. A couple of weeks ago we run into disk usage problems as a result of log files not being rotated properly - this issue has been fully resolved.

Since then, we have been unable to restart our DCRServer and this is becoming a real issue for us.

The output of a pshow DCRServer is below ...

C:\Users\modonovan>pdshow DCRServer

        Process= DCRServer

        State  = Waiting to initialize.

        Pid    = 8964

        RC     = 0

        Signo  = 0

        Start  = 2/18/2013 2:54:31 PM

        Stop   = Not applicable

        Core   = Not applicable

        Info   = Server started by admin request

Continuously the State will be "Waiting to initialize". Several restarts of the daemon and the server itself have made no difference. I would appreciate any help that we can get it solving this issue as it's most frustrating.

Send me the screenshot of the SERVICES.MSC .

Also share me the ctm_confix.txt file (locations: NMSROOT\CSCOpx\MDC\tomcat\shared\lib) and

NMSROOT\CSCOpx\MDC\tomcat\webapps\cwhp\WEB-INF\lib

Also try to reset teh Casuser as below and see how it works

NMSROOT\CSCOpc\set\support>resetCasuser.exe
