I'm having issue with my Webex PRO on my desk. It makes the call, and when the other party picks up a black screen pops up and it just keeps ringing. Does any one else have this issue? Help please!

Thank you for your input. I'm sure the platform is compatible. This is issue of mine does not occur all the time which is really baffling. Sometimes it will connect fine, and once in a while my clients get the black screen with the "circle" loading/connecting, and the ringing keeps going.

Hello Georg,
Thank you for your input. The video is in the correct device. When the black screens comes up the "circle" loading/connecting is still up, and the ringing continues as if still needs to be picked up.
