Device collection failure on Cisco Prime version 3.7

Cisco Prime is running on VM (standalone)

1. CPI running on 3.7 and Device Pack 1
2. Showing collection failure for one of our devices
3. Issue is seen since we installed Prime infra 3.7
4. Deleting and re-adding the device isn't fixing the issue.
5. Issue seen for below device:
6. Device model 6513E  Cisco IOS Software, s2t54 Software (s2t54-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 15.2(1)SY1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc5)
