Hi there,
how can I add the device name for the devices which doesn't support SNMP and can be added to prime as ping reachable devices.
We were using spectrum monitoring tool before and we can be able to customize device name. But on Cisco prime we can't customize it.
Please check attachment.
These 3 network devices are Thompson 789vn routers which has no SNMP option.
Please help me on this, I have recommended Cisco prime for integration in network and now I can't integrate these devices.
