Device not managed by campus manager

one of device is not managed by campus manager i have manually include the device and  run data collection .but problem is still same .

device are lan edge device. pls help.

What version of LMS are you using? Does the device shows added and managed by other applications, like RME properly?

Is the Inventory collection completed?

Do you see the device under Campus Manager > Admin > Data Collection > Device Management >  Include Devices?

If yes, try to add it, by clicking include.

version lms3.2. yes device managed by RME. and showing in include manually.

If it shows in include manually, try to include and try to run the Data Collection after including it and see if it appears in CM.
