LMS 4.2.2 installed on physical server running Windows 2008 R2;
Automated device discovery job runs and discovers new switches (4507) however when I do a search for the switches they do not appear in DCR;
When I issue "dcrcli> lsids dn=nub09c1sw01" from the server I get the following:
dcrcli> lsids dn=nub09c1sw01
Total number of devices in DCR:1
List of devices:....
ID = 829 (nub09c1sw01)
However when I do a similar search from GUI (Inventory > Device Administration > Add / Import / Manage Devices) the device is not displayed, see attached file dcr_gui.jpg
I have deleted the device "dcrcli> del -f id=829" and then added the device manually via gui. LMS says device added successfully but when I search for it it does not appear. Trying to add the device again returns error message 'device already exists';
Also tried disabling ACS by removing 'aaa' syntax and deleting device from ACS server and adding device manually makes no difference;
