DFM 3.0 Problem

Hi,

I have DFM 3.0 ... I have 5 Devices that are showing Unkown, i can see those devices in Chasis View .... those 5 devices are cisco 4503 Core Switches with SUP II ... i tried to upgrade the devices packages but it gives msg " no updates available for selected products " .. can any body help me what should i do ????

Check the supported devices table for DFM 3.0:

You will need to check the sysObjectID you get from your device, to that list there. I think it is supposed to support the Cat 4503 if it's running version 12.2(25)SG and returns a sysObjectID value of 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.503.
