Dear All

When I show DFM in ciscoworks it show that there is alert id 00000SQ

How can I know what is the meaning of this error

I need it urgent please

Under DFM > Alerts and Activities > Alerts and Activities, you should see the same 00000SQ alert. When you drill into that alert, it will tell you the events that comprise it. Those events will have specific device-related details as to what is wrong.
