DHCP options in 2600 router

I have a DHCP server set up on a Cisco 2600 router. I am trying to push out a TFTP server address and filename with option 66,67. Option 66 for the server ip address works but I cannot get option 67 to work. When I type in the command it takes option 67 but it doesnt like the syntax of the filename. It gives me the following error.

DHCP does not allow raw option 67

I am putting in the option as an ascii term. The system states that it should be an NVT Ascii string but I cannot find to much information about the syntax of an NVT ascii string. Any help of additional information whould be great.
