Disabled Telnet on 3650s. Now Prime can't deploy to them

After a long time with Telnet still available on our network switches, I started deploying a CLI that disabled telnet. Just after I started going through the school sites, one at a time, I realized I had neglected to check mark " Copy running config to startup config " so I deployed the CLI, at these location a second time and checked the box. These deployments failed. The details showed Prime could not get to the switch via Telnet. How do I configure Prime to use SSH, from now on ?

 - As far as I understand you may need to remove the device(s) from Prime, then re-add and flag SSH(/check)  for access method instead of telnet.
