Does Cisco Prime support Cisco Business 350 Series (CBS350)?

i can not find in Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.9 Supported Devices

 - It's simple. if the device is not in there , Prime does not support it (for the particular prime-version)

what about newer model CBS350 series

 - Not , if the exact model names as mentioned in the datasheet can not be found (with find-in-excell) in the sheet , then they are not supported.

Look at the version of Prime you using with Matrix :

 - Looks like they are supported in Device Pack 1 of PI3.9 (install it if not yet done)
