Did you do a site survey? How large is your deployment. How many clients are connected to this accesspoint, is it a capwap or standalone enviroment. How many hops is the ap away from the wlc, and the wlc from the router. How is the internal performance without going into the internet? How much other wireless transmitters do you see? Which band are you using?
the list goes on and on. :D
